Return Policy

At our backpack and bag online store, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Return and Exchange Conditions:

  2. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels intact, and in their original packaging.
  3. Items must not have been used or washed.
  4. All returns and exchanges are subject to approval by our customer service team.

Return and Exchange Process:

  1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your item. You can reach us by email or phone.
  2. Our customer service team will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return and exchange conditions.
  4. If the item meets our conditions, we will issue a store credit for the full purchase price, including any taxes or shipping charges. The store credit will be sent to you via email and can be used towards future purchases on our website.
  5. If you wish to exchange the item for a different product, we will issue a store credit for the full purchase price of the returned item, and you can use that credit towards your new purchase.
  6. If the item does not meet our return and exchange conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.

  1. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
  2. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges related to returns and exchanges.
  3. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. Please ensure that you use a reliable shipping method and obtain a tracking number.

All goods sold are based on first come first serve basis and all goods sold are final. It is not refundable or exchangeable.

Order(s) will be cancelled automatically if payment is not made within 24 hours

The prices shown for items on the website does not include charges for postage and packing (delivery). Delivery charges will be added to the total product value of your order based on the delivery service you chose and will be conveyed to you via confirmation email.

The use of photographic images may defer slightly from actual product detail but we have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appears on the site as accurately as possible. Please note that the product colours you see will depend on your monitor’s ability to read these colours. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s evaluation of product colour will accurately reflect the product upon delivery.
